Apartments with availability for 4/6 persons, at 100 mts from La Marineta Cassiana Beach. The residence is located at 800 mts from the city center and 100 mts from bars, pubs and restaurants. The apartments have two bedrooms and a sofa-bed, one bathroom with Jacuzzi, complete equipment with air-conditioning, TV, microwaves, washing machine, terrace with sea view. The residence has a Pool for adults and children, external Jacuzzi, Paddle court, and Playground. For each reservation we offer (per person who paid) one Wellness Pack that includes:
- 1 ticket for a Spa session with access to conditioned Pool, water jets, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, Sauna, gymnasium, etc.

Conditions
All prices are calculated on a 7 nights minimum stay basis.
The price includes: end cleaning, electricity, water, bed-clothes.
Towels (optional): 15€. Direct payment.
For the stays in apartment, we ask for a deposit of 300€ in cash at the check-in moment. The deposit will be reimbursed at the check-out moment after the control of housing has been made.
